From the M5 take the Okehampton
Road onto the A30 then follow the signs for Newquay.
Take the A3059 (signposted RAF St Mawgan), follow the A3059 until you
reach Newquay. Turn right onto Henver Road (A3058).
At the first mini-roundabout turn right towards Porth, proceed along
this road, past the Mermaid Public House, Porth Beach, Pitch
and
Putt, until you reach Coastline Court on the right hand side of
the road. (Bay No. corresponds to flat No.)

Newquay
is situated in the centre of Cornwall, an ideal base for touring the
numerous Tourist Attractions to be found in the area.
National Trust Gardens, Tintagel Castle, St Michael's Mount, Flambards,
Geevor Tin Mine, Jamaica Inn, Dairy Land Farm World and many, many more.
You can drive to any part of Cornwall within ninty minutes - from Lands
End to Bude - from St Ives to Fowey. Alternatively,
you
can take an organised coach excursion. Within a three mile radius you
will find sandy beaches, shops, golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling,
boating, gardens, a zoo, harbour and the beautiful gannel estuary.
By
Car: Follow
the M5 to Exeter then take the A30 Expressway to within seven miles
of Newquay.
By
Coach: There
are daily coaches from London and additional National Express services
from Plymouth, Bristol and Manchester, which provide
connections throughout the country.

are fast, direct services to Newquay from London, the Midlands, the
North and Scotland, supplemented by
a regional service with excellent mainline connections from Par using
Virgin, Great Western and Wales and West Trains.
