TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Open all Year
   
1.
All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, except early and late season,
unless agreed by prior arrangemen
2. No all-male or female groups will be accepted unless by prior agreement.
3.The
offer of any accommodation is subject to the accommodation being available
on receipt of deposit
(telephone reservations
accepted).
4.
A deposit of 25% of total tariff must be sent with booking form. The balance
to be sent 4 weeks prior to arrival
5.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. We will
endeavour to re-let the
accommodation. If we are unsuccessful the balance of the tariff
is payable.
For
this reason we strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance
policy.
6.
The accommodation is available from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must
be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
on day of departure.
7.
The tenancy may not be sublet and is limited to the amount of people stated
on the booking form.
8.
The proprietor cannot accept liability for loss or damage to property
or injury while on the premises.
9.
One parking space is provided for each flat (parking bay No. corresponds
to flat No.). Although every
reasonable care is taken, cars are parked at owners risk.
10.
We regret that we are unable to accept pets.
11.
As Porth Apartments are in a residential area, televisions, radios etc
must not be used in a maner as to annoy other residents and guests...................................................................................................
12.
Please leave the apartments as you find them, clean & tidy, especially
the cooker & fridge.
13.
Any equipment failures must be reported to the proprietor.
14.
All breakages damage etc must be paid for, consequently there will be
a £100 refundable deposit which wii be adjusted should any mishaps
occur. This will be posted to the address on the booking form the
day after your departure.................................................................................................

COTS ARE PROVIDED
FREE OF CHARGE IF REQUESTED WHEN BOOKING.
